Neatsfoot Oil, 100% Pure

100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil is an all natural oil for the preservation of leather articles subjected to rugged outdoor use. 100% Pure Neatsfoot Oil keeps leather soft and pliant through repeated wetting-drying cycles and helps restore dried out leather to its natural pliancy.

Note that while it can be used on saddles, take care not to use too much. Neatsfoot oil can "over-soften" saddles making them sag and stretch. In the old days, cyclists used a little neatsfoot oil on the underside of their new saddles to hasten break-in. Then they would switch to Proofide.

It's great on the elk hide bar covers, mud flaps, top tube protector, and toe clip covers. It does darken the leather.
