Decaleurs are traditional quick release mounts for handlebar bags. Unlike modern mounts, they keep the bag low for better handling and to keep the handlebars clear. VO decaleurs are made of 304 stainless steel and fabricated by hand. The workmanship is first rate. They are available in both a traditional stem mount version, and in a version that mounts with a 3mm stainless steel headset spacer. Grenluille decaleurs are the same design as the VO decaleurs, but are made in Japan of chrome plated steel and so cost a bit less. Our decaleurs work with Berthoud, TA, Ostrich, LaFuma, and most other traditional-style handlebar bags.
