The Spanninga Luceo LED dynamo headlight is made for mounting on the fork crown of bikes with V-brakes, even those with suspension forks. The mount is integrated into the light housing. The Luceo has a very nice light pattern. This is due to an innovative bulb position; the bulb is mounted at the lens and shines into the reflector. Odd, but it works very very well. The automatic feature is a light and motion sensor, the light turns on automatically when you start riding in the dark. The Safe Stop features keeps the light on at full beam for another 4 minutes after you’ve stopped cycling. That's quite useful in traffic at stop lights and stop signs. Note that this light works with a dynamo only, not with batteries. |
